I don’t get the mesh if everything is behind your router or firewall what is the point.

If your router is down how do you get to your pi backup?

I don’t get this whole expose my IP. It’s not a secret and people.are scanning it neither you have a port open or not. The whole IPv4 range is constantly being scanned.

I can say the same about standard Fedora. I don’t get the love of Immustable they just make things more difficult. Like Nix trying to run scripts and people say oh run DistroBox. So now I’m running Nix and another Distro just to run a script that works in any other distro in the world? No thanks.

And normal distros don’t break on there own either.

Don’t know and NixOS sucks. Also it is not unbreakable as I managed to do something can’t remember what where I could not boot into anything.

Lots of open source developers are working for those same companies and getting paid to work on open source code.

What a lie use zfs or btrfs it solves those. I’ve been using zfs for probably close to 10 years and have never had a flip yet. And yes I scrub my pool.
