You cannot unsee de oeuf.
I don’t mind either way. This works - thanks :)
P.S Do you know of a way to browse other gsettings keys?
Yes :)
Looking into that command and checking the current value uses ‘get’ instead of ‘set’. (If that’s helpful to others reading this).
You are a peach, thank you 👍
Check out YUNOhost, if you haven’t already. It’s designed to simplify self-hosting for beginners.
I use vectors in it all the time. They’re really useful and you can do a lot with them in GIMP.
It sounds like GIMP ticks all your boxes.
“I take full responsibility for my Arch install” is one of my favourite lines from a linux youtuber.
I use YUNOhost on a VPS and it came with email out of the box. Which is just as well because I had no previous experience self-hosting!
I think I had a couple of emails get marked as spam in the beginning but everything has been totally fine for the last 2/3 years.
Yes it does.
Cyberdecks are 1) pocketable 2) computing devices 3) often wireless, and 4) run Linux.
That’s what people want from phones, so I figured it was a valid contribution to the discussion.
I guess not…
Are there any Linux mobile OSs that do not use a compatibility layer with Android underneath it?
I tried Ubuntu Touch a couple of years ago and couldn’t get mobile data working with UK provider but apart from that it was very cool.
There are already some very cool-looking Linux cyberdecks.
Plus one for Star Labs. I have one of their laptops and it’s a really nice bit of kit.
No, it’s because I like open source operating systems and a linux tablet would mean it could be used for other things too if needed.
